  • Compared to the Pro 4, the Pro 5 hub introduces significant advancements by minimizing drag in the drive mechanism. This is achieved through an upgraded sealing system featuring a new zero drag labyrinth seal, alongside an enhanced ratchet and pawl system equipped with new springs. These improvements not only substantially reduce drag but also boost durability and load capacity, offering superior performance and reliability over its predecessor.
  • Employing an offset 6 pawl freehub design, where 3 pawls engage simultaneously with an increased Points of Engagement (POE) now at 108, Hope has expertly balanced rapid engagement speed, high load capacity, minimal drag, and extended durability. In practical terms, this design delivers a responsive and lively feel on the trail, while maintaining smooth crank movement and uncompromised freehub reliability.
  • The hub supports 6-bolt / 44mm BCD International Standard disc mounting dimensions, ensuring broad compatibility with modern disc brake systems.
  • Compatible with HG 8-11 speed cassettes; however, it is not compatible with HG 11-speed road cassettes.
